Reservations
Everything that sits on your booking record before you fly — passenger details, seats, meals, baggage, loyalty numbers and assistance requests. Call an agent and we will add or confirm them on bookings we hold.
What an agent can add or confirm
- Passenger details, passport data and contact information
- Frequent flyer numbers and airline alliance credit
- Advance seat selection, where the airline releases seats to agencies
- Special meals — vegetarian, halal, kosher, gluten-free, low sodium and others the airline offers
- Checked and cabin baggage, plus sports equipment and instruments
- Wheelchair and mobility assistance, oxygen, service animals and medical clearance requests
- Infants on lap, bassinets and child seats
- A resend of your itinerary or e-ticket confirmation

Requests versus confirmations
This distinction matters more than anything else on this page.
Confirmed
Something the airline has accepted and recorded — a paid seat assignment, an added bag, a ticketed itinerary. If an agent tells you it is confirmed, it is on the airline’s record and we can show you the reference.
Requested
Something we have asked the airline for that it has not yet granted — many special meals, bassinets, some assistance services and free seat assignments. We will always tell you which of these it is. We cannot force an airline to grant a request.
Check in anyway. Airlines can change aircraft and reassign seats up to departure. Reconfirm your seat at online check-in and speak to the airline at the gate if something has moved.
Name corrections
Your ticket must match the travel document you present at the airport. Small corrections — a transposed letter, a missing middle name, a maiden name where a married name is on the passport — can often be fixed, but the airline decides whether it is a correction it will allow, and it may charge for it or require a reissue.
Call us as soon as you spot it. The closer to departure, the fewer the options. A change of passenger — giving your ticket to somebody else — is not a name correction, and almost no airline permits it.

Can you check me in?
Check-in is handled by the airline, usually 24 to 48 hours before departure through its own website or app, using the airline booking reference on your confirmation.
I booked elsewhere. Can you add my meal request?
No. Only the agency or airline holding the booking can amend it. Contact whoever issued your ticket.
Why can I not select the seat I want?
Airlines hold back seats for status members, for paid selection, or for allocation at check-in. If it is not available to us, it has not been released.
The airline changed my flight time. What now?
Call us. Schedule changes sometimes entitle you to a rebooking or a refund under the airline’s policy. We will tell you what the airline is offering and action it for tickets we issued.
