Worlds Travel (Worlds Travel LLC) is an independent online travel agency. It is not an airline, it does not operate flights, and it is not associated with, affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline, airline alliance, hotel group or other travel brand. Any suggestion to the contrary is incorrect.

We are not an airline’s customer service line and we do not present ourselves as one. If you are trying to reach a particular airline, please use the contact details published on that airline’s own website.

2. Trademarks

All airline names, logos, brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Where they appear in connection with our services, they are used solely to identify the carrier operating a flight or the product being described. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, association with, or authorisation by the trademark owner.

3. Service provider disclosure

This website is managed by a marketing and advertising service provider for Worlds Travel LLC, an IATA-accredited travel agency authorised to sell and service airline tickets. All booking and travel services are provided by Worlds Travel LLC.

4. Prices and availability

Any prices or fare examples referred to on this website are illustrative only, are subject to change and availability, and do not constitute an offer. Actual pricing is confirmed by an agent during a telephone call against live airline inventory, and is not secured until a ticket has been issued. Service fees charged by Worlds Travel LLC are separate from airline fares and taxes and are quoted before you agree to a booking.

5. Agency role and supplier responsibility

We act as an agent for airlines and other travel suppliers. The contract of carriage is between you and the supplier and is subject to that supplier’s conditions of carriage, fare rules and applicable international conventions. We are not responsible for a supplier’s acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, downgrades, baggage loss or damage, or the standard of service provided.

6. No professional advice

Information on this website is general in nature. It is not legal, immigration, medical, insurance or financial advice. Passport, visa, transit and health requirements are your responsibility and change frequently; verify them with the relevant embassy, consulate or government authority before you travel.
