How Worlds Travel LLC collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you call us, email us or use worldstravels.us.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This policy explains how Worlds Travel LLC (“Worlds Travel”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information. It applies to worldstravels.us, to calls made to our published telephone numbers, and to email sent to contact@worldstravels.us.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Worlds Travel LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This website is managed by a marketing and advertising service provider acting on our behalf; that provider processes information only under our instructions. You can contact us about any privacy matter at contact@worldstravels.us.

2. Information we collect

  • Booking and traveller information — names as they appear on travel documents, dates of birth, gender where an airline requires it, passport or ID numbers, nationality, visa details, frequent flyer numbers, and itinerary details.
  • Contact information — telephone number, email address and postal address.
  • Payment information — card details are collected to process the payment you authorise. We do not store full card numbers or security codes after the transaction has been processed.
  • Special category information — only where you choose to give it, for example a mobility or medical assistance requirement, a service animal, or a meal preference that reveals a religious or dietary requirement. We collect it solely to pass the request to the airline.
  • Call information — the number you called from and a record of what was discussed and agreed. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and verification. Where a call is recorded, you are told at the start of the call.
  • Website and advertising information — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and identifiers set by cookies or similar technologies, including advertising identifiers used to measure the performance of our advertising.

3. Why we use it

  • To search, book, issue, change, cancel and refund travel you ask us to arrange.
  • To pass mandatory data to airlines, global distribution systems and, where legally required, border and security authorities.
  • To take payment and to detect and prevent fraud and chargeback abuse.
  • To answer your questions, service your booking and handle complaints.
  • To keep records we are required to keep by tax, accounting, accreditation and consumer protection law.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and website, using aggregated and identifier-based analytics.
  • To send you service messages about a booking. Marketing email is sent only where you have consented or where permitted by law, and every marketing message contains an unsubscribe link.

4. Legal bases

Where the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or a comparable law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract with you (booking and servicing travel); legal obligation (tax, accounting and government reporting); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service quality, securing our business and measuring advertising); and consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and any special category data you give us for assistance requests, which we also process to protect vital interests where relevant).

5. Who we share it with

  • Airlines and other travel suppliers, in order to make and service your booking.
  • Global distribution systems, including Amadeus (ACN 84866628), through which bookings are made and stored.
  • Payment processors and acquiring banks, to take and settle payment.
  • Our marketing and advertising service provider, and the technology vendors it uses to operate this website and measure advertising.
  • Government authorities, where border control, aviation security or law requires it.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and accreditation bodies, where necessary.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain US state laws; see section 9.

6. International transfers

Air travel is inherently international. Your information will be transferred to airlines, systems and authorities in the countries you are travelling to, from and through, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses; where a transfer is necessary to perform your booking, it is made on that basis.

7. How long we keep it

Booking records and the financial records associated with them are retained for as long as required by tax, accounting, accreditation and limitation-period rules, which in most jurisdictions is at least six years from the end of the relevant financial year. Call recordings are retained for a shorter period appropriate to quality, training and dispute resolution. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand how visitors reach us and to measure the performance of campaigns, including Google advertising products where applicable. Non-essential cookies are set only where your consent is required and given. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google’s own Ads Settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site work.

9. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
  • Receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for doing so, where US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA apply.

To exercise any right, email contact@worldstravels.us from the address associated with your booking, or call any of our numbers. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We respond within the timescales set by the applicable law.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child except as part of a booking made by a responsible adult travelling with or arranging travel for that child.

11. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit and restrictions on who may view payment data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.

12. Fraud warning

We will never ask for your full card number or security code by email, text message or a messaging application, and we will never ask you to pay by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. If you receive such a request, do not act on it and report it to contact@worldstravels.us.

13. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it last changed. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will investigate. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
